Just updating with info regarding the pixel art and such on this account.
The requests are all being cancelled due to the fact that I can't keep up with both of my DA accounts. Admittedly I completely forgot in the midst of having issues with family life... getting engaged, and various other things, and back when I did start the journal (Which has now just been deleted for the sake of ease) I had a LOT of spare time on my hands, but now I really don't get much time to do freebies/requests for people.

So this weekend, we're going to be holding a freebie pixel art raffle!
Three lucky people will get the chance to have a pixel pony of their choosing done :3
What you need to do:
Comment on this Journal with a link to a reference of your OC,
As well as which type of pixel pony you'd like, from the list of available ones we can do!
(Eg, Trotter, Fast flier, etc.)
And maybe throw in a watch and llama too <3

Why are you stealing Desktop Ponies icons and passing them as yours?
Recoloring someone else's art doesn't magically makes it yours, and neither gives you the right to add your own (dumb) terms of use on it.
Right now, all of your gallery can be reported for theft and fraud, so I would edit the descriptions to give proper credit to their real, original creators ASAP.

Actually, they're not copied. The creator of Desktop Ponies messaged us saying we can't sell the ones of which we use templates, but we can sell our original works.
We're free to use and re-distribute bases which allow us to do so, which is what we do, (without selling).
We never claim credit for anything we don't do.
I'd suggest you run along and go report us for theft and fraud. What you've commented is libel, as you're accusing us of a crime that's not true. You run along and go tell the police and we'll be laughing just as much as they will xD

Our animations, bases and all derivated works based on them are labeled under a CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 non-profit license, which states anyone can use our material as long they never use it for commercial purposes and never accept any kind of payment or voluntary donations in exchange for anything created with our base materials.
In other words, what you are doing here is illegal and I must ask you to stop it right now. Sorry.

Ofcourse, that's totally understandable xD We haven't yet actually gotten a commission from deviantart yet, and the ones we did have are re-uploads from AGES ago, before we even knew where all the pixelized ponies were coming from (we found the bases here on deviantart which said it was free to use)

And yes, those illegal bases are giving us a real headache as the "creators" just slepped their own terms of use on them and react like real asses whenever we catch them and ask them to stop acting as if they were the real creators.
